What is SAKs?
SAKs is an acronym that stands for Simple Acts of Kindness! Some SAKs that you can do are paying for someone's coffee in the drive-thru line, giving someone a compliment, using manners, or holding the door for someone. SAKs can make the world a better place!
Where did it come from?
SAKs started for our family in 2014 when we asked our friends and family to perform Simple Acts of Kindness (SAKs) in honor or our son Stinson (they were called RAKs back then but we changed it). Stinson was born sleeping on 7/11/14 at 27 weeks. In 2014, over 259 SAKs were performed around his due date of 10/3/14.
We were shocked, humbled, amazed, and SO proud that our son could be changing the world, even though he never took a breath on this earth. I knew he was a special boy, and knew that if he had lived, he would've done amazing things, like change the world by spreading kindness.

I knew SAKs could not end in 2014, so I turned it into a book collection! The world needs SAKs more than ever!!!
Shouldn't it just be "SAK?"
Yes! No! Maybe! Not really!
It's an acronym. My goal is to make the word SAKs a verb! Ideally, the word SAKs will become part of everyday language. At dinner we ask our kids "What SAKs did you do today?" or "Did anyone do a SAKs for you today?" The idea is for the world to start doing the same! Time to reset the foundation for giving and doing for others!
